Master Sustainable Energy Plan (MSEP)

The basis of a Master Sustainability Energy Plan (MSEP) is the preparation of an energy study or sustainability master plan to identify energy conservation measures (ECM) and technologies that could be cost effectively implemented at your property.
The proposed project(s) would prioritize measures to reduce electric costs and reduce grid dependency. Measures would include a study of potential on-site power alternatives, primarily cogeneration (also called combined heat and power, or CHP), photovoltaic power (PV, or solar electricity panels), and energy storage systems (ESS).
Our team of experts will identify available public and utility incentive programs to assist research, reduce capital costs and support implementation activities, and calculate benefits of energy savings and other available cost reductions.
